Clout

Clout is a highly effective broad spectrum treatment that works against external parasites such as anchor worms, fish lice, Ick, leeches, gill flukes, skin flukes and hexamita. It also helps treat for a variety of illness symptoms including gasping for air, rapid breathing, flicking or scratching against rocks or décor, listless behavior and excess mucus production. Clout is also effective against hydra, planaria, parasitic copepods and protozoan parasites. Ideal for both freshwater and marine aquariums. A 10 tablet pack treats 100 gallons.

Remove and discard any carbon from the filter system. Take a disposable
cup and half fill with aquarium water, dissolve one tablet for every ten gallons (38 liters), repeat daily until the fish appears healthy. After the treatment has been effective change 50% of the aquarium water. New Carbon may be added to the filter after the course of treatment is complete.

WARNINGS
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on fish intended for human consumption. Not suitable for use in aquariums containing live rock or invertabrates. Use cautiously with marine Sharks and Lionfish. Change water if fish show signs of stress.

TIPS FOR USING MEDICATION
A quarantine tank is always recommended for treating sick fish. A quarantine tank will protect your valuable aquarium investment if a problem or illness
should occur. In addition to preventing the spread of disease, a quarantine tank can allow new fish to become adjusted and observed before release into the aquarium. You can safely treat a quarantine tank with out the risk of killing any livestock or disrupting water quality issues in your aquarium.
Before using any medication, it is always wise to check your water quality levels to ensure they are within their acceptable ranges. Some medications may harm nitrifying bacteria in the aquarium. After finishing a treatment of medication, it is always a good idea to treat your aquarium with Biozyme.
