Leopard Wrasses also known as the Guinea Fowl Wrasse, or Blackspotted Wrasse, are very peaceful and are best kept in peaceful community aquariums with other non-aggressive fish. This fish is hermaphroditic though males will usually fight if kept together until transition is complete. Females will peacefully school together and will do best when introduced in groups of three or more. It eats small invertebrates (foraminiferans and amphiopods) that grow on live rock. A well established live rock and a layer of live sand is recommended.
Diet should include vitamin enriched frozen mysis shrimp, vitamin enriched frozen brine shrimp, and other meaty foods until they are fully willing to eat high quality flak or pellet foods.
